Choice Goods Co. is a woman owned handmade brand based in Huntersville, North Carolina. We create one of a kind, carefully crafted leather goods using traditional methods and the highest quality materials. 

As a young couple, Joel I started our shop, originally called Choice Cuts Industries, in 2012. We fell in love with US tanned, full-grain leather and quickly realized the difference in quality from what is available on the mass market. Good leather gets better with time and develops a rich patina. Many years later, we have made tens of thousands of leather goods from watch bands, to wallets, to bags, and more.

We create using materials that have inherent beauty and make the aging process a part of the aesthetic. As a result, our products are minimalist and quality and function drive our design process. We are inspired by time-honored tradition. Patina. Antiques and old tools. A well-crafted cocktail. Good food. Exploring and adventuring. Maps. Getting outside. We celebrate the unexpected – little nuances in the leather or the way a metal patinas over time – these are the details that make a piece truly one-of-a-kind. 

We are committed to sustainable production and reducing our environmental impact wherever we can. Sourcing US tanned leather not only eliminates overseas transit but reuses hides leftover from the US beef industry. A made-to-order and small-batch production model reduces excess so we only make what we are able to sell. Our packaging utilizes recycled materials and we avoid the use of plastics wherever possible.
