Each wallet is handstitched using the traditional saddle stitch method with waxed polyester thread. This ensures that the wallet will not come apart, even if the thread breaks. And is far stronger and longer-lasting than machine stitching.

We source premium leather from the finest tanneries in the United States.
Full grain leather with marks, grain and scratches will be a natural feature of our products. Each leather has a distinct character, some with beautiful pull-up, some rustic, some smooth with uniform color. Due to the natural variations in the leather, no two are exactly alike. With daily use, it will develop an amazing patina.
The more you use it, the better it gets. Keep your leather clean and avoid excess water. Occasionally, apply a light coat of leather conditioner.
Our items are handmade to order or created in small batches. The production time required to prepare an order for shipping varies from 3 - 8 business days.
Custom and larger orders require 2-3 weeks to create as they are made-to-order.

Free shipping is available for orders over $35 (US orders only). Standard shipping will be sent via USPS first class, USPS priority mail, or UPS ground depending on the order. 2-8 days is typical shipping time but is not guaranteed.
All available shipping options including expedited shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unless they arrive to you damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
